The Team Management Profile is completed by team members prior to attending the 1-day workshop above.
Bespoke questionnaire, using own language created at the 1-day workshop or off the shelf option around effective leadership behavior.
An opportunity to explore the issues raised through the completion of the TMS Profile and 360 Degree Appraisals. The workshop will involve targeted activities that address these issues and the objectives outlined in ‘key areas’ above.
The end result is an individual or team that operates more effectively and confidently and contributes to a stronger bottom line and or the organisation’s aims.
