Team Building for Dysfunctional Teams

A One-Day Facilitated Workshops for Effective Team Working

Aims and Objectives

The aim is of this 1-day workshop is for the team to work in a whole strategic way rather than an individual functional way.  To improve communication across the organisation, improvement in working together in achieving objectives and working cohesively together as a team. This session will provide an opportunity for participants to define their roles within the organisation and how that role is both influenced and influences other roles.
This workshop is highly participative using a coaching approach with the group to facilitate the agreed specific objectives. The input will be on developing a high-performance culture, critical leadership behaviours that encourage engagement within the team, and across the organisation, and taking people with you. An outcome of this workshop will be for the participants to define the role they have and how the vision and aims of the organisation are to be achieved.
