Finding Your Voice

Finding Your Voice

Finding Your Voice is the brainchild of Fiona Porter and Debbie Leafe. The aim of Finding Your Voice workshops is to provide small groups of women with the time and space to explore what they are passionate about. Also, to provide the tools and techniques to enable change and move forward. Research shows that women achieve so much more when supported by other women, providing a crucial network to thrive, build confidence and self-worth. The coaching workshops are designed to support and challenge women to achieve more than they thought possible, define their purpose, achieve their dreams, unlock potential, maximise performance and be heard.

“Listen to your inner voice that’s telling you that it’s time to change”.

The workshops provide women with:

An opportunity to mix with like-minded people

A greater awareness and understanding and appreciation of your own voice, what you want to say, what you want others to hear.

Support and coaching on tools and techniques to help you find your voice

An opportunity to try out different methods to getting your voice heard

Time to reflect and listen to your own voice to ‘tune into your true voice’
