About me

I am a Leadership trainer, coach and mentor with over 25 years of development experience. I have designed and delivered mentoring programmes for organisations of all sizes, across the world. I train and supervise mentors and have worked with the Princes Trust as a volunteer mentor and more recently helped them develop a training programme for their mentors. I am also a volunteer mentor for E4E, mentoring young people both in schools and post 18. I work on a number of mentoring initiatives for organisations looking to develop and embed successful mentoring programmes with results..
